With a background in gymnastics & psychology, I'm drawn to activities involving movement, present awareness & helping others lead a better quality of life - which makes wellness training a great fit for me. I have many influences and enjoy exploring a variety of adapted styles & techniques, which led to my creation of Bala Tula (a fusion practice of yoga, Pilates, Budokon, body weight conditioning & stand up paddleboarding). I specialize in Body Dialogue - alignment & core-stabilization training for functional movement & athletic performance. In my free time, I race SUPs as a TravelCountry, Starboard SUP, Werner Paddles, & am a Maui Jim Sunglasses Team Rider. I also love to surf, skateboard, travel, marvel at nature & rock out at concerts.
