In just half of a year Travelcountry has taken our goal of customer service to a new level. Since our beginning in the Orlando, Florida community, customer service has always been our first priority. Recently we’ve participated in social networks, and revamped our website in an effort to reach out to our customers and provide them with support that extends beyond simply how a product works. We want to facilitate the growth of knowledge in the activities they love doing in the outdoors, as well as inform them of new techniques and technologies that appear in our industry.
This blog is another step in that direction; a platform to provide our customers and readers knowledge, news, and the occasional humorous notion. So as time passes, look forward to reading about the adventures of some of our staff, posts on topics such as ultralight backpacking, news from our vendors, and maybe, one day soon, we will get really crazy and start doing informational videos.
