Returns & Exchanges
We strive to make your experience as one of our customers excellent and want you to be completely satisfied with everything purchased from our store. In the event that a purchase needs to be returned or exchanged, TravelCountry’s staff will do our best to meet your needs quickly and easily.
While we only accept returns and exchanges for new and unused products, we are happy to facilitate warranty claims or repair service between you and the manufacturer at your request.
- You are welcome to return anything (including closeout items) purchased within 60 days after a completed shipment.
- We do not issue RMAs or Return Authorization numbers; you may simply return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice to ensure a speedy refund. Note the return's mailing address at the left and please be sure to include your order number.
- Returns need to arrive in unused condition including tags and original packaging. Used merchandise will be shipped back without a refund. Indoor fit testing is recommended. If your order was shipped in a packing sleeve or box, we encourage you to reuse it for a return.
- Footwear needs to be returned in its original shoe box placed inside another box. Footwear returned with postage applied directly to the shoe box will be refused.
- Concerns for safety and personal hygiene prevent us from accepting returns or exchanges for Climbing Gear or Underwear.
- If you need to exchange a purchase, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you wish to receive right away and follow the guidelines above to return your item. Feel free to contact us if there is a conflict with pricing or shipping costs.
- We recommend that you get a tracking number and insurance for your return. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- We pay the return costs if you receive incorrect or damaged products. Please contact us at 800-643-3629 or firstname.lastname@example.org so we may resolve the issue immediately.
- If any returned merchandise included a promotional gift, you will need to include the gift along with your return. If you choose to keep it, its value will be charged to your account.
