The asymmetrical shape of the Miura edges and climbs tiny pockets like a dream. The down-cambered and curved last offers up unparalleled power in the inside edge sweet spot without feeling like a board and toes-in on the smallest mono pockets with authority. The speed-lace closure system pulls tight with a single finger, perfectly cinching the upper to your foot for a glove like fit that will never roll but always rocks. Excellent for face climbing as well as in the gym, the down lasted toe and the unique power hinge under your arch allows the Miura to flex like a slipper to reach out and grab the sloppiest gym glom. The power hinge is connected to the fully active slingshot rand which cranks the Achilles tighter into the heel pocket when heel hooking. Stand on an edge and the tension is relaxed, torque your heel into a "career move" heel-toe lock and the heel locks down. Full Dentex linings are sewn into a five-panel configuration to keep stretch to an absolute minimum and giving a perfect no-slop, no-bag, no-slip fit.
