The Contour ContourHD Video Camera is a wearable high definition video camera for the person looking to capture their adventure not solely in the mind's eye. Weighing in at only 4.3 ounces, the ContourHD is one of the lightest and smallest hands-free video camera in the world. Utilizing a patented TRail system, this Contour camera slides and locks onto a variety of mounts. Since this mounting system is on the side of the camera, the ContourHD has a lower profile than other HD cameras. A problem with wearing video cameras is that you never know if the shot is lined up right. Contour solves this problem by mounting two lasers that flash on before recording to ensure your shots are lined just perfectly. Combine this laser with a rotating lens and you'll always end up with the perfect shot, no matter where or how you mount it. With a 135 degree wide-angle lens, the Contour allows you to capture those sweeping vistas and action packed shots with minimal distortion or fish eye effect. Meant to traverse nearly any terrain, the ContourHD resists shock, vibration and impact thanks to it's hard anodized aluminum body.

But a well made camera is nothing if the video it shoots is lousy. Thankfully, the ContourHD Video camera doesn't have that problem. This small powerhouse captures beautiful video at full high definition resolutions. In addition to shooting at 1080p, this HD Contour camera also records at resolutions of 960p and 720p with frame rates of 30 or 60 frames per second. Changing in between resolutions is easy. When the back of the Contour is open, you can change between two resolutions on the fly. To set which ones are preset, use the included Easy Edit software to alter them. You can also use this software to change the contrast, exposure, metering, and microphone sensitivity. That means that you can dial in the Contour so precise that you'll be sure to record exactly what you want.
