The GoLite Quest Pack offers a lightweight durable pack for four-season alpine pursuits and mountaineering. The Quest Pack, weighing only 3 lbs. 2 oz., is constructed with durable Velocity fabric, which is a PU coated nylon with DWR. This backpack with one main top loading compartment, one waterproof zippered front pocket, and a detachable top pocket holds up to 4,250 cu. in., a large amount of space for such a light pack. For added comfort and a better fit, GoLite includes a shaped backpanel, compression molded hipbelt wings, and two, adjustable, aluminum stays. Additionally, for your carrying ease, the Quest has space-mesh padded shoulder straps and adjustable webbing hipbelt with mesh pockets for easy access to needed gear.
The Quest Pack also includes additional features needed for fast and light mountaineering and alpine pursuits. The Quest’s side compression straps not only compact the space in your pack, but they also can release and join with the opposite side to carry a snow board or snow shoe. GoLite also includes ice axe loops, a haul strap, and an internal hydration sleeve with two hydration ports for easy access. The GoLite Quest Pack is both light and durable and makes a great year-round backpack for alpine and mountaineering expeditions.
