The Womens Gregory Maven Backpack, while smaller than it's sister pack, the Deva 60, is perfect for lightweight missions. The Maven was built off of a womens specific version of Gregory's Response Suspension. Independently camming waistbelt panels automatically register your hip angle, providing an exact fit every time you strap on the pack. The Maven's Natural pivot control lets you automatically adjust the amount of pack pivot as you hike. By combining these two features, the Gregory Response suspension technology automatically delivers a custom fit and compression stiffening panels stabilize the load.
The Womens Gregory Maven Backpack includes a combination front pocket access point that localizes stashing and accessing gear. You can access your gear in the Maven from the top, front and bottom zip-thru access. The Tarpaulin bottom is waterproof, so you don't have to worry about soaking through your sleeping bag if you accidently set your backpack down in a puddle. Gregory also added a top pocket that converts to a fanny pack for when you venture away from camp and don't need your full pack.
