Highgear Alterra Watch - The Alterra is one of the most advanced wrist-top computers on the market. With it's over-sized face that's easy to read, you can scroll through graphic displays quickly to guide you to the information you need. The ski chrono on the Alterra calculates speed to base while the altitude log book tracks average or total vertical gain and loss.
The HighGear Alterra's altimeter reports elevation in 3-foot increments, and its range is from -2,303' to 30,058' feet. One can also select feet or meter display during their trek. The barometer reports changing trends in the weather while the digital thermometer reports temperature with 1-degree resolution, either Fahrenheit or Celsius (min. 14 F to max 140 F). This HighGear wrist-top computer has a digital compass that accurately reports direction in 1-degree increments. It features time in a 12- or 24-hour format and tracks time in two time zones simultaneously. The Alterra has two programmable alarms and a selectable hourly chime as well.
With a 50 lap memory that stores run number, month/date, lap number, split, time and average lap, you can count on keeping close track of your running progress.
