The Marmot Arete Sleeping Bag is ultra lightweight and compressible in a luxurious 800+ fill goose down package. The lightweight 20d Nylon shell with Silicon DWR of the Arete ensures a tough package, that won't soak through if there's a little bit of water. Stretch tricot baffles provide the Arete Sleeping Bag with ultimate strength, durability and bag life. A down-filled draft tube eliminates cold leaks through the zipper. Ground-level side seams eliminates drafts. The down-filled collar has easy access draw cord and is engineered to close without Velcro, keeping warm air trapped in your bag.
The Thermo-Pane foot box of the Marmot Arete Sleeping Bag has double layer baffle construction for increased warmth in the foot area. This trapezoidal shaped foot box gives you more foot room. On the other end, the Nautilus 6-baffle hood of the Arete has 6 chambers of down around the head for better down control and fit, and the hood cord is positioned for easy access. A Velcro-free face muff keeps the drawcord and zipper away from your face. The Marmot Arete Sleeping Bag is perfect for travel and light and fast overnights where weight is an issue.
