The key to this suspension is the Fit-Lock hipbelt, a custom-shapeable hipbelt which around the framesheet to draw the load tight, providing excellent balance and load transfer. Both the women's specific hipbelt and shoulder straps have soft edges and smooth surfaces to provide comfort all day. Strong on versatility, this Mountain Hardwear pack has a spacious main compartment, offering over 3800 cubic inches of cargo room in an easy to access top loading and side accessible design. With its fold top design, the Intention can be used without the top lid or front compression pocket, which reduces the weight of this pack by 15 ounces! The front compression pocket also converts to its own daypack, for those quick jaunts outside of camp. Additional daisy chain and web loops on the front panel help maintain full pack functionality with this daypack removed.
