The Mountain Hardwear EV 3 Tent is a three person version of the award winning high altitude EV tent designed by Ed Viesturs, the only American to have climbed all 14 of the world's highest 8000 meter peaks. It features the Mountain Hardwear Evolution Tension Arch - panels of nonstretch VX02 fabric, following the tent pole paths, which reinforce the poles keeping them from compressing or moving laterally. The Mountain Hardwear EV 3 tent stabilizes and strengthens when pitched, and the Atlas Scandium SL poles give an extreme amount of sturdiness while still being able to shave weight. Like the EV 2 the EV3 tent has an integrated vestibule but with a door on either side. An additional pole has been added at the rear of the EV 3 tent to provide more foot room. The Mountain Hardwear EV3 Tent has a guaranteed watertight construction with a watertight zippered snow port, making EV 3tent perfect for your expedition.
