But if the temperature gets too warm, simply "flip" it over and you have a 40 degree bag. Need a little extra room or want to get cozy with someone else? Then zip the Flip to another semi-rectangular bag, or unzip the bag and you have a quilt. An additional short zipper allows the top of the bag to roll down in warmer conditions. The off-set quilt construction of the Flip traps heat more efficiently and ensures uniform coverage of the insulation.
