That's because this power pack not only charges the heating system in the jacket, but also your small electronics as well! Whether it's a cell phone, MP3 player, GPS device, or any accessory that requires less than 10 watts, the Radiance Jacket can charge them up to 20 times before you need to charge up the battery pack.
