If you are a backcountry winter aficionado, you'll appreciate that the Osprey Packs Alpine can carry a shovel, skins, and a snowboard or skis. It converts to a daypack using the included yoke style harness. An outstanding pack for lift served or snowcat skiing. If you have any of Osprey's Crescent, Luna, Aether, Ariel, Ceres or Transporter packs and you need some extra space, do not fret. The Alpine attaches easily with sliders that button through D-rings on either side of the packs’ front panels.
