The Mens ArcTeryx Alpha SV Suit is a technical piece that delivers the highest level of performance. This technical piece marries a waterproof hardshell upper with liberating softshell Polartec Power Shield below the waist for weather protection and superior breathability. A DWR finish and watertight zippers in the front, pit, pocket, leg, and crotch provide additional protection from the elements. The hood of the Alpha SV Suit is compatible with a climbing helmet and easily stows away into the collar when not in use. The lower legs of the Alpha SV Suit tapers to accommodate alpine boots and feature powder cuffs to keep the snow from riding up the legs. Keprotec instep patches protect the legs of this ArcTeryx hybrid suit from abrasion. Side zippers run 3/4 the length of the legs of this ArcTeryx shell, stopping just short of where a harness or hipbelt would sit. With two high volume chest pockets, two internal chest pockets, and one zippered sleeve pocket, the Alpha SV Suit has plenty of cargo space.
