The Mountain Hardwear Pinnacle Stretch Gaiter was designed for high-altitude mountaineering. With a Conduit laminate, the Pinnacle provides excellent waterproof and breathable protection. A stretch back panel allows for a low profile fit, while still remaining waterproof, giving you flexible comfort without sacrificing performance. The lower shell is enhanced with 500D Cordura, giving the Pinnacle Gaiters fantastic strength and abrasion resistance. Scuff guards on the inside lower part of the Pinnacle prevent accidental damage and come in a nut pattern for a bit of Mountain Hardwear style. Putting on the Pinnacle Gaiters are easy, simply wrap them around your leg and attach at the Velcro front closure. A lace hook keeps these Mountain Hardwear gaiters from riding up your leg. Strap down the urethane boot straps for under-arch boot attachment, or remove or replace them as the situation calls for it. Minute attention has been paid to the construction of the Pinnacle Stretch Gaiters, such as the post-less steel buckle for less breakage and pin-point micro adjustment.
