This closure has extra fabric at the top folds with velcros in place, then rolls down on itself, making a more compact closed loop at the top.

The Sea to Summit Ultra-Sil Pack Liner is made of PU coated Siliconized Cordura with a non-wicking Hypalon roll-top closure with stiffener at the top for a better seal. The Liner is fully seam sealed, so water will not seap through, even in the most vulnerable of places.
