The Smith Variant Brim Twin Tip Audio Helmet offers a sleek and lightweight helmet and includes the Skullcandy Twin Tip audio system. Even with its new lightweight design, the Variant Brim helmet does not sacrifice safety. The upper construction of the helmet is made of nearly indestructible injected-molded ABS, while the bottom consists of a tough yet light polycarbonate shell and EPS foam liner. This hybrid construction allowed Smith to include new ventilation features on the Variant Brim. The Low-Profile Regulator allows you to adjust the amount of venting you want by adjusting a vent slider from completely open to half open to completely closed. Also, the AirEvac 2 allows for the moist air around your goggles and on the top of your head to escape. Both of these new improvements make Smith's Variant Brim Twin Tip Audio Helmet more comfortable by allowing you to adjust the ventilation based on the conditions on the slope.
Additionally, the Smith Variant Brim Twin Tip Audio Helmet includes the Skullcandy Twin-Tip audio system. This audio system can be used for both cell phones and MP3 players, so you can listen to your music or take a call while heading down the slopes. The Variant Brim also includes the adjustable Helmet Fit System from Smith allowing a custom fit.
