Directions: Remove tortilla chips and Olive Oil Packets. Set chips aside. Add oil to remaining ingredients. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of boiling water to remaining ingredients. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 13 minutes. Stir, sprinkle chips on top and serve.
