A special spoon design to this Nemo sleeping bag allows for a full range of shifted movement during the night. Tapered in at the head, waist, and feet the Rhythm is still a super efficient piece of gear, allowing you to easily trap in built up body heat to keep toasty and snuggly throughout the night.

To keep warmth trapped in around your neck and head, the Rhythm has a super adjustable contoured hood with a Pillow Pocket and a Blanket Fold that tucks around just where you would want and need it. Synthetic PrimaLoft Synergy fill is lightweight and compressible while maintaining the warmth you're looking for. For those of us who typically need at least one foot protruding out from underneath a blanket, the Nemo Rhythm has a waterproof/breathable footbox which allows your feet to breath and stay warm and dry throughout the night.
